New Kosher certification 2023/2024
May 17, 2023
In order for food to be kosher, not only the food itself, but also all substances and products that come into contact with it, must be certified as kosher.
For example, a kosher anti set-off spray powder is necessary for food packaging printing. Likewise, separating powders for plastic packaging of kosher foods must themselves be certified as kosher.
We renewed the Kosher certification for both our starch-based powders (S5, esstar) and – even including passover – for our calcium carbonate based powders (K4, eskal). The certificates can be downloaded here.
