From October 22nd to 25th<\/strong>, 2024, we will be presenting our products and new developments in the field of glass separating powders at Glasstec<\/strong> in D\u00fcsseldorf (Hall 15, D24<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Our separating powders are tailored to the respective requirements:<\/p>\n

– For bending car glass<\/strong> (laminated safety glass): our temperature-stable powders made of natural calcium carbonate (eskal<\/em><\/a>) are the global standard for dry application and are also suitable for wet application. They are characterized above all by their narrow particle size distribution. This prevents optical errors and at the same time enables efficient, economical application.<\/p>\n

– For separating flat glass for storage and transport<\/strong>: our tried and tested powders esplas<\/em><\/a> made of recycled PMMA and HDPE are characterized by their economical application. At the same time, we are pleased to present our sustainable new development eseco<\/em><\/a>, our powder made of natural plant granulate, guaranteed without microplastics. In addition to its homogeneous particle size distribution, it is characterized above all by its good flow properties and reliable adhesion to the glass surface.<\/p>\n

– For separating sensitive glass surfaces<\/strong> (e.g. coated glass, mirrors): our esstar<\/em><\/a> and esstar plus<\/em><\/a> powders based on natural starch are particularly suitable for sensitive glass surfaces due to their round, soft particle structure.<\/p>\n
